In the early 1970s, Leland Stevenson purchased the ranch as a recreational oasis for his family. Leland had a passion for fly fishing and the outdoors and the ranch was the perfect retreat. Leland’s son, Nick and daughter-in-law, Ann, moved onto the ranch where they raised their family. Over the years, Nick and Ann have added several cabins to the ranch, built more ponds, expanded roads and made many improvements. They have spent their lives sharing their home with others. Nick passed away in 2018 and is greatly missed, but his legacy lives on at the ranch. Come enjoy the fly fishing and recreational paradise of the L.C. Ranch!
